To ensure our Resident Members’ peace of mind, we are looking for a talented candidate to address all maintenance requests and emergencies. If you are passionate about fixing things, good with your hands, and mechanically adept, this role is for you___________________________________________________________Location: Carlton TowerResponsibilitiesAddress Maintenance Requests within 72 hoursPerform on-call emergency maintenanceVacant suite maintenance and touch ups per established quality standardsGeneral common area and building maintenanceCoordinate inspections of turnover suites with Customer Care TeamPreventative Maintenance inspections and reportingEnsure contractors complete their work per established quality standardsAssist with snow removalComplete other tasks and assist other sites as requiredExperience And Educational Requirements2 years maintenance service experience required3 years renovation experience an assetTechnical RequirementsWorking knowledge of English language both verbal and writtenFamiliarity with technology is an assetNon-Technical RequirementsEnsure to have all tools on the tool list prior to end of probationary period (list provided during interview)Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, liftingAbility to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipmentAbility to fix the problem correctly the first timeStrong commitment to providing excellent customer serviceExcellent time-management skillsAbility to work independently and with others in a team environmentDemonstrates a positive attitude, enthusiasm and assertivenessAdditional RequirementsValid driver’s licenseOwn reliable vehiclePosting for bwalk.com___________________________________________________________Interested applicants are invited to submit a cover letter and resume.
