Job Description: We are seeking a talented and passionate Landscape Team Lead to join our dynamic team. This role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities focused on designing, enhancing, and sustaining gardens, parks, and outdoor landscapes. As the Landscape Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team to excel in various tasks including but not limited to irrigation installation, site preparation and grading, planting, mulching, rock-work, and turf installation.
Responsibilities: Operate landscaping equipment safely and proficiently. Assist in the design and installation of new garden structures and landscapes. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the operation and basic maintenance of equipment. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard. Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor. Requirements: Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping preferred. Ability to handle physical workload, including lifting up to 50 lbs and operating machinery. Knowledge of horticultural practices and plant care is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
