We are more than 36,000 people in over 70 countries, dedicated to improving quality of life.Role descriptionSenior Civil 3D / Revit Modeller with experience in modelling and drafting for roads, railways, heavy civil structures and bridges to join our Design & Engineering team in Western Canada to support multi-disciplinary projects in the roads, rail, and ports sectors.Role accountabilitiesDeliver drawings, 3D Models and associated data sets, in line with company and project information management processes and procedures.Provide direction and technical advice to team members to support project delivery and their professional development.Liaise with project team, BIM Manager and Project Manager to deliver and review models/drawings and implement necessary amendments.Develop detailed work plans to ensure work is completed within budget and deadlines.Apply BIM processes and establish a BIM Execution Plan (objectives, requirements and conditions) in conjunction with clients and delivery teams.Qualifications & Experience10+ years’ relevant experience on infrastructure or transportation projects (small to large, complex).Experience with ISO 19650 protocols and their application on large projects.Effective project management, client relationships, and management of technical aspects of BIM production for major projects.Ideally knowledge of CDE setup and management.Experience managing people and working with virtual teams.Experience applying design to models and coordinating a BIM Protocol and Execution Plan for a project.Benefits, salary & equalityThe salary range for this position is $100,000 - $134,000. The base salary represents Arcadis’ hiring range for this position.
