Practice leader, Management support and expertise support Join to apply for the Practice leader, Management support and expertise support role at Desjardins Responsibilities Coordinate and mentor a group of highly experienced professionals and assist with management activities. Develop your practice area and serve as its leading expert. Produce and organise complex strategic work and deliverables. Provide expert support and mentoring with respect to analysis, strategy development, personalised approaches and case management. Help professionals in your unit develop their skills and plan and manage your unit’s priorities. Ensure practices, processes, methodologies and tools are used properly and efficiently to achieve unit objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field. A minimum of eight years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills in both French and English. Strategic mindset, organisational savvy, sound decision‑making skills.
