About the Role We are seeking an engaged individual to serve as Field Nurse Case Manager. The Nurse Case Manager manages patient cases related to reimbursement and coordination for NavieGo. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will coordinate care, advocate for patients, and liaise with physicians, pharmacists, and insurance companies to secure drug coverage. Responsibilities Coordinate the entire patient journey. Occasionally travel for on‑site clinic visits. Serve as the primary point of contact for physicians enrolling patients into a NavieGo managed program. Establish and maintain trusting relationships with assigned clinics and physicians, including site visits. Act as the main resource to request missing or additional information from physician offices, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers. Coordinate all aspects required to obtain prescription drug coverage for patients. Coordinate with insurance companies, physician offices, and healthcare professionals to aid patients in their treatment journey. Submit documents and paperwork to insurance companies and public funding programs. Schedule clinic appointments and drug deliveries within required timelines. Build relationships with patients and key healthcare providers. Apply best practices to maximize patient access to drug coverage. Coordinate with pharmacy processes once funding is obtained. Apply in‑depth knowledge of public/private funding systems. Work rotating shifts Monday through Friday, covering 8 AM to 8 PM EST. Qualifications Bilingual in English and French (required). Registered Nurse designation and current provincial licensing required. Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or insurance industry is an asset. Minimum of 2 years of customer/client service and healthcare reimbursement experience. Proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications. Professional, courteous, and efficient telephone manner. Strong organizational skills, able to set priorities and multitask to meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities. Experience with rotating shifts Monday through Friday is required.
