You will be a key leader, shaping the future of our low-code platform for building AI agents.We are looking for a dedicated problem-solver who loves to tackle challenging problems, come up with creative solutions, and guide their teammates. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a direct impact by shipping customer value early and often.What You'll DoArchitect and Innovate: Make Flowise the best visual low-code tool for building AI agents. You will serve as an architect for our platform, helping align features and syncing our open-source, cloud, and enterprise versions.Mentor and Lead: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and teamwork.Collaborate and Strategize: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to define product roadmaps and ensure the successful integration of AI solutions.Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep yourself informed of the latest advancements in AI, identifying and evaluating new technologies for potential adoption to keep our platform on the cutting edge.About YouBasic Qualifications8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on large-scale applications.6+ years of hands-on experience with our core stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, Node, React, Express, Turbo (Flowise is a monorepo)5+ years of experience with RDBMS databases, cloud services, and CI/CD tools.Other QualificationsAI/ML Expertise: Practical experience with large language models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and best practices.Systems & Architecture: Demonstrated proficiency in building and consuming external APIs, integrating with third-party services, and designing large-scale distributed systems.Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience building and operating SaaS products in cloud environments (AWS preferred), with a strong understanding of modern software development practices, including automated testing and observability.Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes and familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.Problem-Solving: Proven ability to participate in on-call rotations and effectively troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.Team & Project Leadership: Experience leading software development projects through all phases, from initial design to post-production release.Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Workday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.
