This is a hands‑on systems role where you help technology succeed in the real world, not a traditional help desk role. What You Will Do Own complex technical investigations through to solution Work directly with system integrators, partners, and occasional end customers Troubleshoot across networking, video, cloud, and hardware layers Build and maintain lab environments that reflect real deployment scenarios Create high-quality technical documentation, integration guides, deployment playbooks, and occasional short instructional videos Automate or script solutions for recurring technical patterns Participate in integration and release testing to validate product behavior Serve as the voice of the field, providing insight to Product, Engineering, QA, and DevOps Who You Are 5 or more years in a technical support, systems, integration, or solutions role Strong troubleshooting ability across software, networking, and hardware Strong verbal and written communication and documentation skills, including the ability to produce clear guides and visual explanations Comfortable operating and maintaining technical lab setups Curious, analytical, and motivated to understand systems deeply Bilingual in English and French Bonus experience with: IP video platforms such as Genetec or Milestone TCP/IP, multicast, and packet analysis Automation or scripting Hybrid cloud and on‑prem architectures How You Work With People You enjoy working with skilled technical users to solve meaningful problems You communicate clearly and professionally, focusing on accuracy and clarity You listen well, ask strong questions, and help people reach the right solution You do not need to be the loudest voice in the room, just a reliable and thoughtful one who takes pride in helping others succeed We value clarity over volume, curiosity over ego, and professionalism over scripts.
