The role We currently have a permanent, full‑time opportunity available for a Product and Service Analyst. As our Product and Service Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the end‑to‑end lifecycle of GESB's superannuation, retirement, and insurance products. A day in the life of this role will see you : Assisting in analysing member data and market trends to inform product enhancements, preparing detailed documentation, and coordinating with service providers to ensure smooth delivery and compliance Monitoring performance metrics, resolve operational issues, and work closely with internal teams and external partners to implement changes and improve processes As part of the broader Member Experience business unit, you will be part of the Product and Servicing team, reporting directly to our Senior Product Manager.
