Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Legal Counsel specializing in Labour and Employee Relations to join our legal team at Ledcor. In this role, you will provide expert advice and strategic guidance on complex Labour Relations and Human Resources legal matters across the organization, managing all employment related legal claims from beginning to end, and ensuring legal strategies align with Ledcor’s broader business objectives. You will play a key role in supporting/advising stakeholders on labour strategies, collective agreement interpretation, grievances, arbitrations, mediations, workplace policies, and all other employment legal matters.
