We have a team who thrives in a fast-paced and innovative environment where business and technical experts collaborate to deliver the best digital health solutions our clients have come to expect.What you need to succeed :Minimum of 3 or more years of experience building enterprise-grade or web-scale software using Java and Open Source technologiesDue to security clearance reasons, you need to be in Canada for at least 5 years, with current work status as either Permanent Resident or Citizen.You have earned a post-secondary diploma or degree and/or relevant working experience in business, technology, or a relevant field.Strong conceptualization ability, excellent ability to translate abstract ideas into high-quality, working codeHighly collaborative and capable of working in a fast-paced and dynamic team environmentFamiliarity with IDE tools like Eclipse / IntelliJ, Database tools like PL-SQL DeveloperWorking knowledge of Github or other version control toolsExperience participating in requirement analysis, design, and code reviews, focusing on high-quality, secure, reliable, and performant solutionsStrong collaboration skills demonstrated through effective work with stakeholders, quality analysts, and security expertsExcellent troubleshooting and communication skillsSecurity Clearance Requirement: In conjunction with our contract with the Federal Government, you will be required to have Reliability Status Clearance (Enhanced Level B) prior to your start date.
