Job Title: Senior Backend Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Microservice Implementation: Develop and launch microservices from the ground up, guiding them from conception to deployment.
  • Ownership: Take charge of module development, maintenance, and testing strategies, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of groundbreaking product features and components.
  • Standards Implementation: Establish coding standards and development processes that enforce code quality and pristine architecture.
  • Technical Influence: Make impactful decisions on product development, shaping system architecture and practice.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years in backend software engineering with a demonstrated ability to handle significant projects autonomously.
  • Technical Proficiency: Exceptional skills in data structures, multi-threading, OOP, and design patterns. Proficient in Golang.
  • Leadership: Proven experience leading engineering teams on large-scale projects.
  • Systems Scaling: Extensive experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and scaling high-volume distributed systems.
  • Data Management: In-depth knowledge of large-scale data storage solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
