If you are ready to accelerate your career and make a lasting impact, this is where your journey begins.ResponsibilitiesProvide and lead strategic IT consulting services to a wide range or MNP's clients in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors including IT Strategy and Planning, Business Alignment and Enablement, Process Redesign, Solution Design, System Selection, Project Management and IT Systems OptimizationWork with third party vendors to ensure compatibility with client specific Sage Intacct configurations, ideally Sage Construction and ConsolidationsDesign & Flowchart workflows of system, including project/grant management, invoicing, revenue recognition, accounts payable/accounts receivable, financial reports, etcLead client data management initiatives helping ensure continuity and validity during the migration processResponsible for the delivery of consulting services such as strategic and operational planning, business and IT transformation, business process improvement, performance optimization, organization effectiveness and risk assessmentManage complex projects and undertake the leadership of teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and within the client specifications to ensure project profitability and client satisfactionWork collaboratively with clients to identify business opportunities including defining root cause of issues and developing innovation solutions that achieve client outcomesIdentify ways to maximize the relationship with clients and deliver added valueManage project financials (i.e. use of resources, budgets, WIP, timely billing, collection, variance recognition)Prepare correspondence, technical reports, client summaries and presentations outlining findings, facts and highlights resulting from the client engagementThink strategically about client needs by quickly gaining an understanding of their business, their organization, operating environment and key risksFacilitate collaboration with client engagement team prior to commencement of client work to discuss roles and responsibilities, risk areas and project metricsPrepare training materials and leading client training sessions, including the facilitation of User Acceptance Test sessionsPerform team management and coordination to align project resources and activities to project work plansMaintain high quality control by reviewing work done by other team members for accuracy and completeness; provide feedback to team membersMonitor project timelines against targets, adjust where necessary; advise clients of project status and seek clarification on discrepancies where applicableLeverage team appropriately to ensure proper documentation is prepared for the client and procedures relating to the file are followed accordinglyPromote MNP consulting services through the delivery of presentations, writing articles, facilitating workshops or participating in community activitiesDevelop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, businesses and industryActive involvement in the business and IT business community to build a relationship networkProvide leadership and subject matter experience in proposal development and solution designContribute to the development of new ideas and approaches in order to improve work processesPromote regular attendance, balanced lifestyle and high standard of team wellnessSkills And ExperienceCompletion of a Bachelor’s Degree in business, technology, engineering or other related field1-3 years of IT experience in a consulting environment is preferredImplementation of ERP experience requiredClient Accounting experience preferredAccounting, project management, and reporting skillsFundamental knowledge of GAAPDetail oriented, master of time management and organizationCompletion of additional certifications (e.g. PMP, Prince2, CBAP, Agile, CISSP, TOGAF, ITIL) are considered an assetStrong financial and analytical capabilityPassion for innovation and application of technology to solve complex business problemsExperience in project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, decision making, documentation, managing client expectations, project profitability and team leadershipProfessional experience in IT Strategy and Planning, Business Alignment and Enablement, Business and IT Transformation, Process Redesign, Solution Design, System Selection, Project Management, Implementation Reviews and IT Systems OptimizationExperience in proposal developmentBilingual (French/English) both written and verbal is considered a strong assetA developed network within the business and IT community is considered a strong assetTravel is expected in this positionMyRewardsMyRewards@MNPWith a focus on high-potential earnings, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards that support our unique culture and a balanced lifestyle to thrive at work and outside of the office.
