What You Will Be Doing Architect and deliver end‑to‑end solutions: transform complex requirements into elegant, scalable implementations across the full stack—from database design to production deployment. Execute precision debugging: conduct sophisticated root‑cause analysis, implement permanent fixes (not patches), and establish robust testing frameworks that prevent recurrence. Enforce engineering excellence: evaluate technical designs and code submissions with rigorous standards, preventing technical debt while maintaining velocity. What You Won’t Be Doing Creating technical complexity without purpose—every line of code must solve a real user problem. Implementing requirements without questioning assumptions or understanding the underlying educational objectives. Wasting time in bureaucratic processes or meetings that don’t directly contribute to product advancement. Focusing solely on feature completion metrics—your success is measured by actual user impact and solution quality. Key Responsibilities Leverage cutting‑edge AI technologies to develop educational software that delivers measurable learning outcomes while maintaining rapid deployment cycles and long‑term code sustainability. Basic Requirements Minimum 4 years building production‑grade web applications with demonstrated proficiency across both frontend and backend domains. Proven track record of complete ownership: successfully led development of entire product features, modules, or engineering teams with measurable outcomes. Exceptional self‑direction: ability to navigate ambiguity, overcome obstacles independently, and maintain productivity without constant supervision.
