We're looking for a Data Developer to join our Data & Analytics team. This role will involve designing, developing, and implementing sophisticated data analytics solutions to support stakeholders in making informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Management and Optimization: Utilize programming languages like Python or SQL to manipulate and analyze data, deriving insights from datasets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective analytical solutions.
  • Integration and Automation: Develop and maintain automated processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading through on-premise and cloud environments. Streamline analytics workflows by developing robust data cleaning and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Data Governance and Compliance: Implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations. Establish access controls and data security measures to protect sensitive information and mitigate risks.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Data Developer or similar position using Microsoft SQL and related technologies.
  • Proven experience in data analytics development using tools such as Python or SQL.
  • Familiarity with data security best practices and governance principles.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing, data lakes, and data modeling concepts.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholders, including technical and non-technical backgrounds.
