About the Role We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to help us hack traction from the ground up. This isn’t a “growth ops” role — it’s engineering distribution in true crypto style: scrappy, fast, global. What you will be doing Build scrappy automations, tools, and workflows to supercharge distribution Hack channels like Reddit, Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, Twitter/X — wherever founders hang out Partner with marketing to turn wild ideas into working systems Find creative, technical ways to get Altitude in front of the right people Use AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Gemini) + code to experiment at speed Qualifications Doing another job but bored and hacking on side projects Maybe you dropped out of MIT, Stanford, or Waterloo A technical growth hacker — part engineer, part marketer, full degen builder Obsessed with traction — shipping experiments > pitching decks Why Squads Build the future of open finance.
