Role Overview We’re looking for an Ad Creative Video Editor to craft direct-response-style videos that captivate and convert. This full-time, remote role is perfect for someone with a strong editing background, particularly in eCommerce and performance marketing. You’ll be responsible for editing VSLs, short-form video ads, and iterations of winning creatives — always with a focus on performance and watch time. Key Responsibilities Edit Direct Response VideosProduce engaging edits for formats like VSLs, UGC ads, and short-form content that drive results. Source & Integrate B-RollFind high-quality, relevant footage from external sites to enhance storytelling and keep visuals dynamic. Create Iterations of Winning AdsTake top-performing creatives and rework them into new variations for ongoing testing and scaling. Follow High-Converting Editing PrinciplesImplement best practices for pacing, structure, transitions, hooks, and calls to action to maximize viewer engagement. Maintain Visual Consistency & Brand QualityEnsure all output adheres to brand style guidelines and maintains a polished, professional look. Collaborate with Creative & Strategy TeamsWork closely with Creative Strategists, marketers, and designers to execute concepts with speed and quality.
