Test Automation Developer

OverviewTest Automation Developer role at Euna Solutions. A Test Automation Developer is a software developer that specializes in designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks and tools for software applications. This position is responsible for ensuring that our applications have appropriate test coverage.What You'll DoServe as a technical expert on software testing with automation frameworks including leading and training other testers.Design, implement, and maintain advanced automated test scripts using automated test suites and related tools.Responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products by creating and executing automated test cases.Lead all aspects of testing including system testing, smoke testing, integration testing, interface testing, and regression testing.Research and report issues/defects into a problem tracking system.Work with development teams to develop test scripts and utilize test suites.Develop and integrate test automation utilities and harness these in the deployment process.Design and implement overall automated testing software infrastructure to support modular test management and execution.Document test results and produce reports measuring test effectiveness and efficiency.Investigate and resolve operational problems in conjunction with other development and technical personnel.Participate and conduct peer reviews of automated test scripts to improve developer skills.Be knowledgeable of our software products including benefits and business proposition they provide to our customers.Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to stay productive while working either independently or as part of team projects.Demonstrate commitment to our core values and team environment.Qualifications5+ years of test automation experience.Experience testing web applications and APIs is a must.Demonstrated experience with test automation frameworks.Earned minimum of associate degree (bachelor preferred) in Computer Science, Software Development, or equivalent industry experience (5+ years).Understanding of one or more programming languages.Highly accurate and detail oriented.Excellent problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills.Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.LocationThis position will be hybrid 3x a week in our Oakville, ON office.What It’s Like to Work at Euna SolutionsAt Euna Solutions, we carefully foster a work environment where employees have a safe space for creative and intellectual freedom, and the opportunity to work cross-functionally.
