TLM Consultant – Job Description ADP is hiring a TLM Consultant. In this role, you resolve software and hardware questions for clients using Time and Labor Management products, provide solutions to automate time and attendance calculations for payroll production, and configure and optimize interfaces, serving as an expert in the Time and Attendance domain. Responsibilities Engage with clients to understand product challenges and related needs; solve challenges while building long‑term trust. Act as a team player who seeks to understand the business and asks questions of other team members, sales, and client service partners to bring resolution to client requests. Follow call‑handling best practices to deliver exceptional service. Adhere to the 3‑2 hybrid work model. Achieve call metrics as determined by the business unit. Resolve Time and Attendance software and hardware related questions. Required Qualifications Bilingual – French & English. Proven track record for delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to learn new software applications. Fundamental understanding of hardware, networks, routers, switches, IP addresses. Basic technical knowledge or experience in a technical field. Post‑secondary diploma or equivalent. Excellent organization, prioritization, and strong attention to detail. Excellent soft skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Experience in Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance is considered an asset. Ability to work in a team environment. For Quebec candidates: French required; English also required to interact with headquarters and international sites.
