The role emphasizes a client‑centered approach to address physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual needs. Responsibilities Conduct assessments of clients’ functional status and goals. Formulate goals and recommendations based on assessment findings. Plan and implement client‑centered, goal‑directed treatment programs. Effective interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Positive work and attendance record. Ability to adapt to new computer applications. Hybrid work approach: ability to work remotely and with clients in their acute/rehab or community settings.
