Adhere to company security policies concerning shipping, receiving, and inventory corrections.Key ResponsibilitiesMeet and exceed store and personal performance standardsImplement company initiatives according to leadership directivesVerify accuracy of incoming and outgoing productsVerify accuracy of shipping and receiving documents (POS reports, packing slips, etc.)Ensure proper handling of all store inventories, merchandise received or transferredEnsure merchandise is properly sizedMaintain a neat, organized, well-stocked areaCommunicate and resolve stock issues with Store Manager; coordinate with other stores or Head Office as neededCommunicate stock replenishment needs to District Sales Manager, Distribution, and Buying/MerchandisingPerform other duties as assigned by Store Manager and Co-ManagerUnderstand and embody the Little Burgundy cultureJob RequirementsPrior retail management experience preferred1–2 years of retail sales experienceExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsDesire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment bilingualism as required (Quebec only) Willingness to learnCompletion of training programs leading to Manager in Training or equivalentAbility to work evening and weekend shiftsAbility to climb, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 poundsStand for long periodsMust be at least 18 years of ageAge requirements may vary by territory or provinceEnglish knowledge required to communicate with customers and head office in NashvillePay and BenefitsFor comprehensive information on benefits, visit: www.littleburgundyshoes.com/careersPay, commission, and bonus structure vary by role and location.
