OverviewManager, Projects – EN role at IAMGOLD Corporation (Côté Gold). The Manager of Projects leads and executes earthworks and infrastructure projects at the mine site, including planning, budgeting, contractor oversight, and ensuring safety, environmental, and operational standards are met. This role supports site development and expansion.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery and Execution: Develop and implement detailed project plans for site infrastructure and earthworks; lead cross-functional initiatives to improve service delivery and operational efficiency; monitor industry trends and integrate best practices; align project milestones with site development needs through coordination with engineering, procurement, and operations teams; support workforce planning, training and performance management.Operational Excellence & Cost Management: Drive continuous improvement across operations; ensure all project activities meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements; develop and manage budgets, forecasts and cost controls; establish and monitor KPIs; identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process optimization; communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.Team Leadership and Development: Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for direct reports; provide strategic direction to Earthworks & Infrastructure Superintendents and field teams; foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and professional growth; support succession planning and talent development; promote diversity, equity and inclusion in team practices and decision-making.QualificationsPost-secondary education in engineering or related field; background in a skilled trade with equivalent experience considered; Project Management certification is an asset.Minimum of 10 years in project management within mining or resource sector, with at least 5 years in related management; experience managing contractors and service agreements in a mining or resource sector preferred.Competencies: results-oriented with a focus on process optimization; highly motivated and independently driven with a sense of urgency; strong knowledge of MS Office; ability to collaborate across departments; financial acumen with experience managing budgets; commitment to safety, sustainability and continuous improvement.What We OfferCompetitive salary and bonusExtended health, dental and insurance benefit coverageHealth Spending AccountFitness & Wellness subsidyEmployee & Family Assistance ProgramRegistered Pension Plan with company matchEmployee Share Purchase Plan with company matchTFSA & RRSPElectric Vehicle SubsidyIAMGOLD is a leading mid-tier gold producer and developer with a commitment to responsible and sustainable mining practices.
