Job Description:As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to a consistent group of residents and their families in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. You will build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families, assist with activities of daily living, and notify management of changes in condition.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service to seniors and their families.
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Attend to individual care needs and get to know the unique preferences and personalities of each resident.
- Notify management of changes in condition and recommend adjustments in the level of care and service.
- Assist residents in life skills and other life-enriching activities as indicated on their individual profile.
As a member of our team, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. You will also be part of a supportive and collaborative environment that values teamwork and professionalism.
Qualifications:- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
- High School diploma/GED accepted and may be required per state regulations.
- In states where appropriate, must maintain certifications.
