We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior QA Analyst to join our software development team. This role involves collaborating closely with developers and product managers to ensure that our Angular and Java-based SaaS application meets and exceeds the rigorous standards our customers expect.

Job Role & Responsibilities Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures (manual and automated). Diagnose defects and track them from discovery to resolution. Partner with software developers to use test specifications to design adequate test scripts. Ensure compliance with general programming best practices, accepted web standards, and those standards specific to our SaaS applications. Attend design meetings, provide feedback and collaborate with teammates to refine processes. Maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software. Analyze test results and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications/ Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases. Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing. Basic knowledge of Angular and Java environments. Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
