Overview What are we looking for As a Senior Finance Analyst Corporate FP&A you will be a critical member of our finance team responsible for providing robust financial analysis forecasting and decision support to senior leadership. You will work cross-functionally to understand key business drivers translate strategic initiatives into financial targets and enhance our overall financial planning processes in a dynamic fast-paced SaaS environment. Responsibilities Develop, maintain and enhance complex financial models for P&L and Cash Flow analysis. Support the continued build-out, development and improvement of KPI metric reporting and Adaptive dashboards. Assist in consolidation of company-wide forecasts and budgets ensuring alignment across various departments and business units. Prepare rolling forecasts and update projections based on actual performance, market trends and changing business dynamics. Perform in-depth variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast) and provide insightful commentary on financial results highlighting key trends, performance drivers, risks and opportunities. Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for senior management, the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and the Board of Directors. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related quantitative field. MBA or CFA certification is a plus. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements. 3 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance or Transactions Advisory with a strong preference for experience within a high-growth SaaS or technology company. Proven track record of developing and managing complex financial models and forecasts. Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced/expert skills, including pivot tables, dynamic formulas, scenario analysis) and PowerPoint / Google Slides. Experience with FP&A systems (e.g. Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Hyperion, OneStream, Pigment) and/or ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite, SAP) is highly preferred.
