Employer Industry Media & Entertainment Why consider this job opportunity Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Work remotely from Canada Engage directly with customers and industry partners to shape product strategies Collaborate with teams across New Zealand and the U.S. to drive innovation Be part of a culture that values creativity and collaboration in the Media & Entertainment sector What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Define and execute the vision, strategy, and operational plans for Flow Capture Develop and manage actionable product roadmaps, prioritizing impactful workflows and enhancements Act as the customer-facing leader, ensuring customer needs drive product direction Collaborate with leads across Development, Design, and Architecture for alignment on business goals Conduct ongoing customer discovery and validation to inform iterative development What is Required (Qualifications) Minimum of 10 years in product management or development with significant experience in media and entertainment Proven ability to collaborate across teams and organizations Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills for engaging executive stakeholders and customers Ability to synthesize data and prioritize effectivelyBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Expertise in Cloud Collaboration for film and TV production workflows and technology Experience managing projects in large organizations and working in Agile/SCRUM environments Familiarity with web development on industry‑scale cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) Understanding of statistical analytics platforms and concepts Strong grasp of competitors’ products, their strengths, weaknesses, and target markets We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
