Key Responsibilities: Experience Booking:
Book travel, restaurants, hotels, and other experiences in a timely manner. Constant Communication:
Keep our VIP clients up-to-date with their requests. Rate Gathering:
Responsible for reaching out to vendors to gather rate information for client trips. Vendor Relations:
Maintaining a professional relationship with all vendors, ensuring smooth and effective client bookings. On trip-support:
Manage on-trip communications in a timely manner Continuous Improvement:
Identify and suggest improvements to our internal processes. Database Operations:
Adding new vendors to our internal database and keeping it

Requirements: 3+ years of travel agency experience Proven track record of excellent customer service Fluent in English Experience in a remote working environment Strong oral and verbal communication skills Experience in successful escalation and problem solving Flexible Schedule Availability - Including some weekend availability Quiet and secure place to work from Ideally, experience in a similar industry: private banking, hospitality, or fashion servicing high-level clientele.
Location: This job is primarily remote, working from home.
