We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in landscaping and horticulture, as well as proven leadership abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of landscapers onsite to ensure all tasks are complete according to project specifications and timelines.
  • Plan and organize daily work assignments, including assigning tasks to crew members.
  • Train and mentor crew members in proper landscaping techniques, safety procedures, and equipment operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Operate a variety of equipment, including skid steers, mini excavators, saws, hand tools.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients and team.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage and maintenance of equipment and materials.
  • Assist with landscape installation, maintenance, and other related tasks as needed.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscaping, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory roll.
  • Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, plant identification, and horticultural practices.
  • Proven leadership abilities to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, coworkers and subcontractors.
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship on every project.
  • Ability to operate skid steers, mini Excavators and hand tools.
