- Food Handler's Certification.
- Must have 2 years of experience in an Italian restaurant.
- Knowledge of safety precautions to use a commercial meat slicer.
- Knowledge of safety precautions to use commercial fryer and understands how to adjust for cooking times
- Monitor food quality and ensure antipasto/salads are prepared to our standards.
- Can accept and store orders using F.I.L.O.
- Can speak intermediate Italian (preferred but not required)
- Deliver friendly and exceptional service.
- Have experience in a high-volume kitchen to maintain composure.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
- Can work in a team environment and independently.
- Punctual and dependable.
- Able to communicate well with others.
- Can lift 10kg
