We are a high-volume restaurant located in the heart of Vaughan. We are currently looking for a responsible and energetic ANTIPASTO/SALAD COOK for evenings and weekends with P/T and F/T availability. If you are looking to work, please submit your resume. Here is a list of what we require:
  • Food Handler's Certification.
  • Must have 2 years of experience in an Italian restaurant.
  • Knowledge of safety precautions to use a commercial meat slicer.
  • Knowledge of safety precautions to use commercial fryer and understands how to adjust for cooking times 
  • Monitor food quality and ensure antipasto/salads are prepared to our standards.
  • Can accept and store orders using F.I.L.O.
  • Can speak intermediate Italian (preferred but not required)
  • Deliver friendly and exceptional service.
  • Have experience in a high-volume kitchen to maintain composure.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
  • Can work in a team environment and independently.
  • Punctual and dependable.
  • Able to communicate well with others.
  • Can lift 10kg
