Position: Hot Tub and Pond Equipment Sales Specialist

Location: Saanich

Job Type: Part Time (3-4 days per week, or more as needed)

Compensation: Competitive Salary + Commission on Hot Tub Sales

Responsibilities:

Sales Excellence:

Engage customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, understanding their needs and preferences.
Showcase the features and benefits of our hot tubs and pond equipment to guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building.

Product Knowledge:

Stay current on the latest industry trends and product developments related to hot tubs and pond equipment.
Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers based on their individual requirements.

Customer Service:

Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and create a positive buying experience.

Showroom Management:

Maintain a clean and inviting showroom environment, ensuring all products are well-presented.
Collaborate with the team to organize promotional events or product demonstrations to attract potential customers.

Administrative Duties:

Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up activities
Assist with inventory management, including restocking and organizing products in the showroom.

Requirements:

Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the outdoor living or home improvement industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for outdoor living products, specifically hot tubs and pond equipment.
Ability to work weekends and adapt to a flexible schedule.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
