Job Description:

Must Haves:

  1. Experience with Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power platform, and Azure solution design
  2. Working knowledge of Dynamics interoperability, integration and capability with other Microsoft cloud technologies
  3. Working knowledge of both low code development and custom development on Dynamics 365
  4. Working knowledge with Dataverse design and development

Technical Skills (30%):

  1. Experience with Agile methodologies
  2. Experience with Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power platform, and Azure solution design
  3. Working knowledge of Dynamics interoperability, integration and capability with other Microsoft cloud technologies
  4. Working knowledge of both low code development and custom development on Dynamics 365
  5. Working knowledge with Dataverse design and development
  6. Working knowledge of development in Azure technologies
  7. Working knowledge of .NET, C#, JavaScript
  8. Working knowledge of DevOps, task boards, pipelines, etc.

Experience (30%):

  1. Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform
  2. Experience with Dynamics CRM Customer Service Workspace, Agent experience profile, Session templates, workstream, and routing.
  3. Experience with custom .Web API development, ASP.NET, .Net Core, Entity Framework, Azure SQL, DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines, etc.
  4. Proficiency in all cloud service models: SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS
  5. Certifications in Dynamics 365 and Azure are preferred
  6. Experience with Agile methodologies including using kanban/task boards
  7. Extensive experience developing in Dynamics 365 Customer Experience (case management, Knowledge Management, Customer Service Workspace configuration) and power platform
  8. Experience with both low code development and custom development on Dynamics 365
