Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Home Renovator to oversee and execute various renovation projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep knowledge of construction processes, excellent leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute home renovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
• Supervise and lead a team of technicians and subcontractors, providing guidance and expertise in all aspects of home renovation.
• Conduct site evaluations to assess and plan renovation needs and requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, from initial consultation to project completion.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during renovation projects promptly and efficiently.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of growth and development within the company.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in home renovation or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Relevant certifications in construction, building, or renovation are preferred.
