Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll manage and nurture relationships within the Interior Design and Architecture sectors, helping professionals advance their careers and ensuring the best fit for our clients' needs. You'll be a trusted advisor, providing strategic support throughout the recruitment process and contributing to our firm's success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage various recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and industry-specific databases to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Conduct detailed candidate screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit for current and future roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, providing clear and consistent communication throughout the process.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to evaluate suitability, offer career guidance, and align aspirations with available opportunities.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of recruitment activities using ATS, ensuring transparency and collaboration within the team.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with industry professionals
  • Prepare and present candidate submissions to clients
  • Participate in industry events and networking functions to expand professional connections and stay informed on industry trends.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and best practices to enhance recruitment processes and outcomes.
  • Provide personalized follow-up and support to placed candidates, including probationary period check-ins and ongoing career development assistance.
  • Manage client accounts, including candidate presentations, feedback collection, and coordination of interview and offer processes, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Meet recruitment targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive success and achieve business objectives.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the Interior Design and Architecture sectors.
  • 3-5 years of Account Management experience
  • Self motivated with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency an applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional candidate and client experiences.
