  • Provide feedback and recommendations on projects and process improvement along with technical skills.
  • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in Guidewire Policy Center/Claims/Billing Center.
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in the Insurance Domain.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in Requirement Gathering and Analysis.
  • Agile and Scrum Master experience.
  • Guidewire Cloud Certification is a MUST.
  • Strong stakeholder management and results-oriented.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills.
  • Time management skills with the ability to establish priorities and effective follow-up.
  • Must be a team player, a team builder, and a driver.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
