Nous recherchons des candidats ayant de l’expérience en planification, conception et en ingénierie de détail, notamment au niveau du déploiement de réseau FTTH/FTTC/FFTN, et de réseaux extérieurs de télécommunications. Génie, Télécommunications, Électricité, Sciences ou informatique

De 5 à 12 ans d’expérience

Sous la supervision du directeur de projet ou du directeur de l’ingénierie, vous aurez la responsabilité de :

  • Participer à la réalisation de la planification, la conception et à l’ingénierie de détail;
  • Effectuer des relevés techniques;
  • Participer à la conception des plans, devis et documents techniques selon les normes du client;
  • Émettre les devis détaillés d’installation, de même que les schémas et dessins associés;
  • Évaluer et effectuer le choix des fournisseurs pour certains équipements;
  • Remplir les demandes de financement des différents programmes gouvernementaux;
  • Coordonner divers projets liés au déploiement;
  • Revoir les normes, produits, méthodes d’ingénierie et d’installation;
  • Analyser et résoudre des problèmes techniques;
  • Participer aux rencontres de suivi de projets;
  • Collaborer avec les autres disciplines techniques;
  • Travailler en collaboration avec les différents groupes associés aux projets;
  • Fournir un support technique au client;
  • Assurance qualité des documents de conception;
  • Gérer toute autre question relative aux équipements dans le cadre du déploiement en préparation d’un mode opérationnel;
  • Travailler dans un milieu structuré et organisé (normes et standards).

Afin de respecter les lois et règlements entourant la pratique du génie au Québec, l’ingénieur concepteur aura également, en plus des tâches mentionnées ci-haut, la responsabilité lorsqu’impliqué de:

  • Vérifier les activités de conception;
  • Signer et sceller les plans, devis, rapport technique, calcul technique ou tout autre document de soutien technique (tels que guides, spécifications, avis ou normes) qu’il produit ou rédige, seul ou en collaboration, dans le cadre de projets.

Minimum de 10 ans d’expérience pertinente dans l’une des disciplines suivantes:

  • Équipement FTTH/FTTC/FTTN (panneaux de connections, MDU, PON, …);
  • Câblage, réseautique et solution IP;
  • Équipement optoélectronique (transport et réseaux d’accès);
  • Réseaux extérieurs et déploiement de fibre optique;
  • Connaissance des pratiques pour le Québec et l’Ontario pour les demandes de permis, calcul de soutènement et démarches auprès des différents opérateurs et propriétaires des infrastructures aériennes et souterraines;
  • La connaissance des normes de l’industrie des télécommunications et de l’industrie de la câblodistribution (un atout);
  • Bonne capacité dans la rédaction technique;
  • Bonne communication écrite et orale;
  • Disponible pour voyager partout au Québec et au Canada;
  • Attestation ASP Construction – Santé & Sécurité générale sur les chantiers de construction (un atout);
  • Compétences informatiques et logiciels de base – Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access), MS-Project, Visio, AUTOCAD.
