Bimbo Canada seeks to grow value-added bakery segments and expanding into new product categories and channels of distribution. Bimbo Canada employs approximately 4,300 associates across Canada and distributes its products through a DSD network of more than 1,000 routes operated by franchisees and distributors.
POSITION SUMMARY:
In this newly created position as the Vice President, Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales and go to market strategies to drive profitable revenue growth and transformational change while deepening relationships with key retail partners and motivating the sales team to achieve new heights of success. As a key strategist, consumer-centric thinker, and key member of the executive team, you will collaborate closely with leaders in other functions locally and across the global organization to achieve overall business objectives and contribute to the long-term success of the company.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. An MBA/EMBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 15 years of experience in progressively responsible senior commercial leadership roles with demonstrated success in implementing successful sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and achieving business objectives.
- Significant transformational change expertise.
- Must have grocery industry or other relevant food industry experience.
- French and/or Spanish language capability would be an asset.
