- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 3
- 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:
- Lead daily activities by telling stories, reading books
- Develop and implement child-care programs that foster and enhance the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social growth of children
- Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers
- Establish and uphold an environment that guarantees the safety, health, and overall welfare of children
- Assist and lead children in the development of appropriate eating, dressing, and toileting habits
- Supervise and offer activity recommendations to early childhood educators and early childhood educator assistants
- Build and maintain cooperative relationships with other staff members
- Recognize potential signs of learning or behavioral issues in children and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors
- Present children’s progress and challenges in staff meetings
- Evaluate the interests and needs of children, engaging in discussions with parents and staff members regarding their progress and any obstacles they might be encountering
Job Requirements:
- Experience: Experience is an asset
- Education: College Certificate or diploma in early childhood education is required
- Certificates: First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, E.C.E. Certificate, and IT Certificate
