Adecco is actively seeking an Operations Controller to join our clients team, located in Abbotsford, BC. In this full-time role, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing financial and project management aspects. Shifts: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with inter-departmental project teams, including Operations and Programs departments.
Supervise and manage revenue recognition for all company programs using Percentage Completion Accounting Accruals and Earned Value Management systems.
Manage billings (invoicing) for all company programs, including Milestone and Over & Above Invoicing.
Oversee budgeting and forecasting of company programs, developing spreadsheets and financial mechanisms for budget creation, forecasting, and tracking.
Maintain appropriate internal financial controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Supervise Financial Analysts and Budget Analysts, delegating tasks, setting priorities, coaching staff, and troubleshooting any issues.
Review work to ensure the accuracy of financial information and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Other related duties as required.
Requirements:
Hold a degree in Financial Management or related field.
Possess a Professional Accounting Designation (CPA).
Have a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a related industry.
Proficient in MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information.
Strong aptitude for business systems and processes.
Ability to meet deadlines with a high degree of professionalism and accuracy.
Must enjoy working with others in a team environment.
Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
