Job Description:

  • As a Junior Software Developer at Servusys, you will be an integral part of our software development team, contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of our cutting-edge applications.
  • Working closely with experienced developers and cross-functional teams, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the responsiveness and functionality of our applications.
  • The ideal candidate should have a passion for technology, a solid foundation in software development, and a willingness to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and assist in translating them into technical solutions.
  • Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
  • Learn from and collaborate with senior developers, benefiting from their technical guidance and support to enhance your skills.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and debugging issues, ensuring a seamless user experience across applications.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technologies, applying them to projects under the guidance of experienced team members.
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with web development technologies like HTML, CSS, PHP, Ajax, and SQL.
  • Basic knowledge of frameworks such as Node.js, React.js, jQuery, Angular or similar.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with AWS data services: Redshift, RDS, DynamoDB, Data Pipeline, EMR, Athena, Spectrum, GLUE, Lambda, Airflow.
  • Experience with database systems like PostgreSQL, MongoDB or similar.
  • Exposure to web development frameworks like Django, ASP.NET, Laravel, or Spring.
