Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating sales and marketing activ ities for our pre construction projects, including working with homebuilders, conducting neighborhood evaluations, and collaborating with third-party ad agencies. The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the sales, marketing, and development teams to ensure that projects are effectively marketed and sold.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with homebuilders to market and sell residential units.
Conduct neighborhood evaluations to identify market trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with third-party ad agencies to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
Assist in the development of marketing strategies and plans for pre-sales and pre-construction sites.
Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and digital content.
Manage online and offline marketing channels, including websites, social media, and print media.
Support the sales team by providing marketing materials and information as needed.
Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
Assist in organizing and attending events, such as open houses and community outreach programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in sales and marketing with in the homebuilding industry
Strong knowledge of marketing principles and practices.
Experience working with homebuilders and third-party ad agencies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software.
