This is a union position with SEIU Local 2. We are seeking full and part time Food Service Workers. Job Responsibilities
  • Assures quality, courteous customer service is provided to all customers
  • Light cash handling duties including processing customer transactions, balancing float, participating in audits
  • Educate customers on menu items, daily features, and events
  • Maintains continual cleaning and sanitizing of surrounding work area
  • Food preparation in accordance with menu at assigned location and/or station
  • Stock and merchandise shelves, cereal and bread bar, salad bar, and coolers
  • Assist with washing and sanitizing dishes and utensils
  • Record temperatures, label products in accordance with FIFO, complete waste log and cleaning log
  • Adhere to all Aramark policies and procedures
  • Assist other team members as necessary
Qualifications
  • Experience in the restaurant/food service industry considered an asset
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Must be flexible, as evening and weekend work is required

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
