In the year 2001, Needham Spine Centre was born from pure ambition and a vision for excellence in chiropractic care. Founded by Dr. Jeffrey Needham, our clinic has grown into a cornerstone of wellness in the community, serving 500-600 patients weekly. With a focus on Diversified and Chiropractic Biophysics techniques, we’ve cultivated a practice that’s as much about family as it is about health. Our dedicated team of one practitioner and five support staff has become a family, united in our mission to deliver unparalleled care.

The Opportunity:

This isn’t just any Associate Chiropractor position. It’s a chance to be part of something meaningful, to share in the care of our patients, and to step onto a path that leads to partnership and shared success. We’re offering more than a job; we’re offering a future. This opportunity doesn't require you to establish a practice from the ground up within our existing setup. Forget about sharing costs or renting space—this role is plug-and-play for your career. The ideal candidate will have access to our established patient base (between 500-700pv/week) from day one. Plus, you'll benefit from the guidance of an experienced mentor who's navigated the ups and downs, learning from mistakes to discover the most effective practices.

Who We're Looking For:

  • A passionate, licensed chiropractor in Ontario, eager to grow and learn, whether you’re freshly graduated or come with experience. (Open to discussions with those who are interested & currently in Chiropractic college.)
