Summary: As a Starbucks barista, you’ll play a vital role in creating the Starbucks Experience for customers by delivering excellent service and expertly-crafted products. Working in an energetic store environment, you’ll have the opportunity to master your food and beverage craft, collaborate with teammates, and meet new people daily. From serving a cup of coffee to sharing a smile, you have the power to make each customer’s day memorable.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Compliance with store operating policies and standards, including quality service, cash handling, and safety
  • Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication with customers and team members
  • Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks
  • Capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team and build relationships
