Canada West Veterinary Specialists are recruiting for a Locum Board-Certified Radiologist to join our Diagnostic Imaging Service in Vancouver, British Columbia.
We are seeking a Locum Radiologist to provide time off support for our Radiologist from December 26, 2023 - December 29, 2023 OR February 12-16, 2024.
Operational since 1997, Canada West is the largest privately-owned referral veterinary practice in Western Canada. Our hospital is a multi-specialty referral practice combined with a dedicated 24-hour Emergency hospital facility. Our practice has boarded-specialists in Internal Medicine, Oncology, Neurology, Diagnostic Imaging, Surgery and Critical Care with added services of rehabilitation therapy, in-house cytology and reference lab.
Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic imaging services using ultrasound, digital radiography, fluoroscopy, CT scan, and MRI.
Qualifications:
- Must be board certified by the ACVR, ECVDI, or eligible for ACVR certification.
- Good work ethics and communication skills are essential.
Our Diagnostic Imaging Department is equipped with two ultrasound and two digital radiography suites, fluoroscopy, CT scan, and MRI.
British Columbia is one of the rare provinces in North America allowing board certified European Specialists to work under a “Specialty Private Practice” license without ECFVG certification/equivalence requirement.
The position comes with a competitive salary.
