THE ROLE The Museum Attendant greets and directs customers as well responds to general inquiries and provides information on merchandise and museum artifacts. They open and close the facility, operate the Kit Shop counter, as required and receive and check inventory.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED Education, Certifications and Licenses
An acceptable combination of education, training, and experience.
Experience
In maintaining inventory
In cash handling
In using a Point of Sale (POS) system
Competencies
Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS English Essential

Writing: None
Oral: Functional
