Are you passionate about crafting beautiful outdoor spaces? Totalscape Contracting is seeking a skilled Commercial Garden Maintenance Foreman to lead our team in creating stunning landscapes for our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of gardeners and maintenance workers, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.

Quality Control: Maintain high standards of garden upkeep, including lawn care, pruning, weeding, and pest control, to ensure commercial properties look their best year-round.

Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of landscaping equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and used safely by the team.

Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members and compliance with relevant regulations. Problem-Solving: Address any issues that arise during maintenance activities, such as plant diseases, irrigation problems, or equipment malfunctions, and implement effective solutions.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, materials used, and client feedback, for reference and future planning.

Continued Learning: Stay updated on best practices in garden maintenance and horticulture to improve skills and techniques, contributing to the overall success of Totalscape Contracting.

Requirements:

3+ Years of Experience: Demonstrated experience in commercial garden maintenance and landscaping. Clean Driver's Abstract: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential for this role. Preferred, But Not Necessary: While a horticultural diploma is preferred, we welcome candidates with relevant experience and a strong passion for landscaping.
