Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay rangeCA$55,000.00/yr - CA$65,000.00/yrResponsibilitiesWork with your team to proactively manage a portfolio of corporate clientsWork with your clients on their day-to-day travel needs and account requirementsResearch and advise best options for your clients’ various travel requestsConstruct accurate and detailed client reservations using AmadeusProcess exchanges and refunds to client reservations using AmadeusUpdate and build traveller and company profilesOn occasion work with clients on personal travel needs through our Vacation ClubWork on custom groups, meetings & events, and incentive trips for clients where neededActively participates in industry training and product knowledge sessionsSkills And Qualifications3+ years of travel consultant experience (corporate preferred but not necessary)Experience using a GDS (Amadeus or Sabre preferred but not necessary)A solid understanding of domestic, transborder and international airfares, routings and travel destinationsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced team environmentA basic knowledge of industry procedures for ticketing, exchanges and refundsA customer advocate with excellent listening skills to fully understand customer requirements and pain pointsWillingness and passion to quickly learn the skills and knowledge you don’t currently possessStrong understanding of Microsoft OfficeCompensation PackageCompetitive salary with monthly bonuses (estimated $55,000 - $65,000 in 1st year)Comprehensive medical and dental benefitsRRSP matching program3 weeks paid vacation and flex daysGreat travel perks and discountsSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionManagement and ManufacturingIndustriesTravel Arrangements #J-18808-Ljbffr
