You’ll lead the offshore Tax Shared Services practice to support growth and transformation, ensuring operations are fully integrated, aligned with business objectives, and deliver exceptional value. What You Will Do Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Tax Shared Services offshore practice to ensure efficient and effective service delivery Develop and implement business strategies that support growth, profitability, and operational excellence Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for the offshore practice Optimize processes, manage risks, and identify opportunities for improvement Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including national service lines, offshore leads, tax practitioners, and the tax leadership team Support the launch and integration of new service offerings to align with business objectives and market needs Promote change management, talent development, and a culture of continuous improvement Ensure compliance with firm policies, practices, controls, and regulations What You Bring To The Role At least 10 years of progressive experience in a public practice firm or large organization, with leadership experience in tax and/or offshore delivery center management Minimum 5 years in senior leadership roles, overseeing large teams and complex operations Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, financial management, forecasting and business strategy Proven ability to make sound business decisions and drive operational excellence Advanced knowledge of tax preparation software, technology platforms, and process automation Experience leading risk assessments, control testing, and remediation activities to ensure adherence to controls and quality standards Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Willingness and ability to travel internationally (up to 10%-20% annually) KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information The expected base salary range for this position is $102,500 to $200,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications.
