Full Time Community Visit Role
Guaranteed 70-Hours Bi-Weekly
As an RN, make a difference everyday by providing the highest quality of nursing care to our clients in the Brantford and surrounding county areas. This position utilizes a wide range of clinical skills, including but not limited to palliative, pediatric, wound care, intravenous therapy, and health teaching towards chronic disease prevention.
As the primary care planner to your clients, you have the autonomy and flexibility to provide a holistic approach to care while increasing your skills through our comprehensive training, mentorship, and preceptorship programs.
You are the nursing care expert for your community. With our efficient work schedules, you will be more focused on care time and less travel time.
