Valuable Opportunities to Improve Customer Experience (VOICE) is a global digital transformation program to drive higher customer satisfaction by proactively democratizing access to customer experience data. The visualization platform is the first point of contact for customers.

Therefore, its success is crucial to the entire VOICE program.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to coach a technical team to high performance in a highly matrixed global financial institution through their project management expertise, focus on continuous improvement, and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (ex. standup, retro, sprint refinement and planning) and follow up with the team to resolve any issues impacting project delivery.

Coach the team to maintain a high level of JIRA hygiene.

Own JIRA progress tracking and be able to communicate project progress, roadblocks, and pressures to a senior level/non-technical audience.

Partner with the product owner and program director to continuously improve, suggest, and action optimizations on project management processes.

Maintain project execution related artifacts to facilitate accurate and timely project progress communications.

Must Have Skills:

Over 4 years of experience in using JJIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Excel to organize and track projects.

Proven track record of being able to quickly ramp up on technical projects and lead Agile ceremonies with minimal guidance under a hybrid (mixed Waterfall/Agile) project management environment.

Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, with proven ability to engage with stakeholders in a large, multi-national enterprise context

Excellent written and oral communication skills within high ability to logically maintain and communicate updates to a senior/non-technical audience

Highly organized and able to multi-task

Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.

Curious mindset – with a focus on not only root causing inefficiencies impacting team delivery, but also the ability to influence and action continuous improvement.

Exposure to large Financial Institutions (FIs) organizational structure and their risk appetite under regulatory considerations.

Nice-To-Have Skills:

Previous experience leading or implementing projects in PowerBI

Exposure to customer satisfaction KPIs such as Net Promotor Score (NPS), marketing technologies (MarTech)

High-level understanding of machine learning and data analytics principles

Education:

Post-secondary degree or higher in the following or related fields: Computer Science or Information Technology, Data Science of Analytics, Business Administration or Marketing, Engineering

Certifications: Nice to have but not required: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
