Votre mission
- Animer/participer aux ateliers de spécification des besoins d’affaires pour spécifier les solutions TI.
- Analyser les besoins d’affaires pour définir les solutions TI.
- Faire des analyses d’impacts et des estimations d’efforts pour préconiser, faire approuver, puis documenter la solution TI en utilisant des méthodes efficaces et en interagissant à la fois avec les utilisateurs des domaines d’affaires et l’équipe de projet TI.
- Soutenir le développement des solutions et les analyses techniques effectuées.
- Soutenir les activités d’assurance qualité et les tests d’acceptation.
- Soutenir le Gestionnaire de produit dans la définition et la priorisation du carnet de produit.
- Documenter des récits utilisateur de manière qu’elles soient comprises par les concepteurs et l’équipe d’assurance qualité.
- Identifier et communiquer les impacts sur les processus d’affaires afin de soutenir la gestion du changement dans les unités d’affaires sur un mode de formation des formateurs.
- Construire et maintenir une documentation fonctionnelle, robuste, précise et accessible à tous les intervenants de l’entreprise.
Exigences minimum
- Baccalauréat en technologie de l'information, génie logiciel ou toute combinaison de formation et d'expérience équivalente.
- Au moins 5 à 7 années d’expérience pertinente.
- Expérience avec les bases de données Oracle et le schéma en flocon (Snowflake).
- Expérience en intégration de données (entrepôt et magasin de données).
- Très bonnes connaissances des techniques d'extraction, de transformation et de chargement des données.
- Très bonne expérience avec les requêtes SQL.
- Expérience avec les modèles de modélisation de données, schéma en étoile et relationnels.
- Expérience avec SAS
- Expériences de projet avec la méthodologie de la mêlée.
- Expériences et connaissances dans le domaine d’assurance.
- Maîtrise de JIRA, CONFLUENCE.
- Aucune expérience de travail au Canada requise, mais nécessité d’avoir l’autorisation de travailler au Canada.

Title : IT Business Analyst Senior
Duration : until end of December
Your mission:
- Analyze business needs to define IT solutions.
- Facilitate/participate in business needs specification workshops to specify IT solutions.
- Carry out impact analyzes and effort estimates to recommend, have approved, then document the IT solution using effective methods and interacting with both business domain users and the IT project team.
- Support the development of solutions and technical analyzes carried out.
- Support quality assurance activities and acceptance testing.
- Support the Product Manager in defining and prioritizing the product backlog.
- Document user stories so that they are understood by designers and the QA team.
- Identify and communicate impacts on business processes in order to support change management in business units in a train-the-trainer mode.
- Build and maintain functional, robust, precise and accessible documentation for all company stakeholders.
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, software engineering or any combination of equivalent education and experience.
- At least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Oracle databases and Snowflake schema.
- Experience in data integration (data warehouse and store).
- Very good knowledge of data extraction, transformation and loading techniques.
- Very good experience with SQL queries.
- Experience with data modeling, star schema and relational models.
- Experience with SAS
- Project experiences with scrum methodology.
- Experience and knowledge in the insurance field.
- Mastery of JIRA, CONFLUENCE.
- No work experience in Canada required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
